Steps after data export (Payouts)

Note: The following applies exclusively to downloads within the "Payouts" category.

After a data export has been successfully initiated, a CSV file will be found in the 'Downloads' folder on the local PC for a moment. At the same time, a completed download in the browser should appear as follows:

Bearbeitung in Microsoft Excel:

Steps:

  1. Open of Microsoft Excel
  2. Choose an empty/new spreadsheet

  4. First, click on the arrow pointing downwards, and then on the 'From Text (Legacy)' fieldBildschirmfoto 2023-09-15 um 16.33.22.png
  5. In the pop-up menu, select the Downloads folder and then choose the file you just downloaded. Click on 'Import Data'Bildschirmfoto 2023-09-15 um 16.34.32.png
  6. Following that, the following field should appear. For correct import, set the values to 'Delimited' and click 'Next' Bildschirmfoto 2023-09-15 um 16.34.53.png
  7. The second-to-last step involves specifying the correct delimiter, which in our case is a comma (,). Select this field accordingly and click 'Next' Bildschirmfoto 2023-09-15 um 16.35.05.png
  8. In the final step, it is particularly important to pay attention to the formatting of the decimal places. To ensure this, click on the "Advanced" field and change the decimal separator from a comma (",") to a period ("."). Finally, go back and complete the data import by clicking "Finish"

  9. Now, finally, specify the desired location to import the data into your blank worksheet. To import the data to the top-left, type '=$A$1' into the placeholderBildschirmfoto 2023-09-15 um 16.35.26.png
  10. The data should now have been inserted into the Excel sheet, separated by property as desired
