How do I create a new platform document?

Path: "Settings" > Documents

In the "Settings" - "Documents" section, you upload platform-related documents, i.e., documents that are not specific to a particular emission. These could include General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, Risk Disclosures, status-related information, and donation information, among others. You can upload additional documents as needed. Please note that the maximum file size for uploads is 10 MB.

To upload a PDF document, click on "New Platform Document." Specify the type of document and determine at which step investors will receive the document. You can also decide whether to confirm document receipt again before completing the investment.

Here are the options for specifying when investors should receive the document:

  • ☑ Terms and Conditions or ☑ Privacy Policy: Investors are prompted to accept these during registration, and the confirmation is done during the subscription process.

  • ☑ Risk Disclosure: If the document is a risk disclosure, it will be linked in the footer of the pages.

  • ☑ Attachment to Registration Email: Investors receive an email with a confirmation link after registration, along with the respective documents.

  • ☑ Attachment to Pre-contractual Information: During the investment process, investors receive another email containing pre-contractual information and relevant documents.

  • ☑ Required for Investment: In the final step before completing the online subscription, investors are shown all information again. They must confirm receipt of the documents before completing the subscription process.

  • ☑ Attachment to Investment Email: After the subscription process is completed, investors receive an email confirming the online subscription.

  • ☑ Attachment to Investment Agreement: In the customer login, investors can view the subscription form and any additional documents.

The three dots in the right column of the table indicate the actions which can be carried out on a document. Here you have the option to archive the document. Archiving removes the documents from the view but does not delete them. The data remains stored on the AWS server. Further, you can change the order of the documents as well as edit the previously selected settings.

The decision on when to display the documents in the investment process is entirely up to you. The provided matrix is a recommendation based on our experience and is not legal advice.

If you offer more than one project, you need to upload the imprint through "Settings" - "Platform" - "Lightning Frontend," regardless of whether you use the Lightning frontend or your own frontend.
