How do I send a notification regarding a missing identification document?

Path: "Investors" > "Investors" > Select the Account

 

Notification: Missing identification document

Steps:

  1. Choose the respective account under the "Investors" tab.
  2. In the detailed view, locate the "Actions" section on the right.
  3. Within the "Actions" section, click on the "Send notification of mission ID document" field and confirm.
