Path: "Investors" > "Identifications"
Through the "Investors" section in the left-hand blue sidebar, you can access the "Identifications" tab. In this list, you'll find all investors who still require authentication. Clicking on an investor's name will take you to their detailed view. Here, you have the option to resend the identification link under the "Actions" section. Alternatively you can also utilize the automatic reminder email in the settings.
