Capital investment offers two main options: monetary investments (Geldwertanlagen) and tangible asset investments (Sachwertanlagen). Tangible asset investments involve concrete assets such as real estate, gold coins, or hydroelectric plants, aiming to generate returns through distributions or appreciation in value. While stocks fall under tangible asset investments, they differ significantly from other tangible assets.
