DocuSign - Electronic signature

An integration that allows you to meet strict requirements for security, data privacy, and data retention. DocuSign eSignature complies with the EU eIDAS Regulation, the U.S. ESIGN Act, and UETA. DocuSign automatically generates and stores a reliable audit trail for each closed agreement.

Note: IDNow is necessary. IDNow is used for the identification of your investors and is a requirement for using QES (Qualified Electronic Signature). With the qualified e-signature from DocuSign, your investors can legally and digitally sign the investment. Contact our Customer Success Team for more information and assistance.

Setup

  1. Use the DocuSign interface and connect the integration with IDnow and portagon go through a one-time setup.
  2. Activate and set up IDnow for using DocuSign.
  3. Use the data provided by IDnow after contract completion and enter it in the "Wallet Key" and "Wallet ID" fields below.
  4. Fill in the contact person's details responsible for setting up the DocuSign integration.
    Click on "Set Up Integration."
