Note: According to §2d VermAnlg, investors have the right to revoke their investment within 14 days after completing the online subscription process.
Once a subscription process has been completed, you can view the status and details of the respective investment in the "Investments" section. By selecting a specific investment using its number, you can cancel the payment by clicking on the "Cancel investment" field.
Cancellation for investments with the status "active":
Steps:

If the investor has already transferred the amount, you need to:
- For your own payment processing, refund the money and manually cancel the investment.
- For secupay integration, inform secupay that the investor's amount has been revoked (provide the investor's name and TA number), so that the trustee can refund the amount. Afterward, manually cancel the investment.
- For Bankhaus Gebr. Martin integration, inform the bank that the investor's amount has been revoked, so that the trustee can refund the amount and remove the entry from the respective depot. Afterward, manually cancel the investment.

The manual cancellation can be done through the "Investments" section and then in the detailed view of the respective investment.
Cancellation for investments with the status "pending"
Steps:
- Go to the "Investments" section.
- Choose the desired investment using its number.
- If the status of the investment is "pending", you can cancel the recently received investment by clicking on the "Cancel Investment" field.
- The investor will then receive an automated email confirming the revocation, and the status of the investment will be updated accordingly.
