How do I send a confirmation mail regarding a payment receipt?

Note: The status of the investment must be "active." A payin can also be manually recorded.

After a subscription process has been completed, you can view the status and details of the respective investment in the "Investments" section. Once the payin for the corresponding investment has been received, the status of the investment will generally be "active." To resend a payin confirmation email, follow these steps:

  1. Under the "Investments" section, select the relevant investment. If the status is not yet "active," you can manually update it to "active" if the payin has been successful.
  2. After selecting the investment, you'll be in its detailed view.
  3. To confirm the receipt of a payment by sending an email, click on the "Resend payin confirmation email" field and confirm the action.
